PART TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT
 
We are looking for a new team member at Five Valleys Law, P.L.L.C. We are a small firm striving to proving a personal, efficient, and quality experience for our clients. We work primarily in the areas of estate planning, business formation, and real estate transactions.
 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From answering calls and taking messages to scanning documents and saving to the electronic system.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Scanning documents and entering them into our electronic filing system
  • Mail outs
Qualifications:
  • Friendly personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and organize
