Matthew O'Neill joins Five Valleys Law as an of counsel attorney working on a limited basis. Matt is a Montana-licensed attorney with longstanding experience serving clients through O'Neill & Bagley Law Office PLLC in Polson. He brings valuable experience in estate planning, business planning, real estate matters, client consultations, document drafting, and practical problem-solving for Montana families and businesses. In his of counsel role, Matt will support the firm through select legal work, mentoring, drafting, client meetings, and guidance as needed. His addition strengthens our ability to provide thoughtful legal services while honoring the relationships, judgment, and community connection he brings to Polson and the broader Lake County area.

BJ Rinke will continue managing the Polson office Monday through Thursday while also supporting attorneys and clients as a paralegal. BJ helps keep the office and attorneys in line!
